SST provides a flat but robust management structure that ensures accountability at all levels while providing timely responses to customer needs and problems. Our management structure also provides:

• 24/7 Telephone availability at all levels of management
• Program/Project/Task Order Leads have day-to-day operational control over team for resource allocation and assignment prioritization
• Deliverable, Cost, Timeline, and Performance reporting accomplished monthly and as required or requested
• Reports status to General Manager via monthly reviews
• Reports status to Customer at desired intervals in preferred format
